One stroke with a brush prevails and 

animates completely everything in the world. 

Life takes shape as each energetic stroke wriggles its 

way. Coarse touches force out a warmth and passion on an entire 

painting embracing magnificent or trivial stories. Ink drops flourish into its 

subtle fragrance, rough strokes perform a variation eternally on life.  

painter conveys life suffering in a piece of art work. He writhes 

in lack of insufficient expression of sufferings, and 

thus keeps making strokes relentlessly.

Recently are summer days with fine beads of sweat broke out on brow. 

A refreshing breeze in this season cools the body dripping wet with sweat. 

Earnest ink drops and strokes spread on a Chinese drawing paper draw out the nature and everyday life, and plant diverse expressions. 

It was more than pleasure to have had a great opportunity to be invited to a country with a different culture and thus to share and enjoy the beauty of the Korean alphabet Hangul and a variety of contemporary calligraphy works. I am truly expecting everyone to appreciate diverse expressions and innocent minds as well as the beauty of Hangul. 

In this hot season, a cool breeze is an ardent wish. An enthusiastic festivity with a brush becomes a fine breeze, that cools body and mind alike.
